The pixel dimesions are the number of pixels (coloured dots ) that make up the image. These tell you the resolution of the image and this is critical for working out how big it can be printed. You can usually find this info by right clicking the image file in Windows and selecting the properties option which will give you two figures one for height and the other for width typically over 1000 high and over 3000 wide. Wherever possible you need to work with the highest resolution version of your image e.g. not a web version which would be a lower resolution. Back
